I am an ICS (Information Communication Services) employee of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, with a direct assignment to support CES (Church Education Services) services and applications. My Global Education work includes BYU-Pathway and Seminaries and Institutes.
I have growing experience with Student Information Systems (SIS), helping develop and support educational applications for students. I also wired OAuth and OpenID Connect (OIDC) into my starter application using Okta.

I have delivered full-stack production applications using the shared engineering resources below. My architectural work combines that production experience with reusable application foundations, automated validation, and practical developer tooling.
- Shared full-stack application templates: Created reusable C#/.NET and Node.js/React foundations that combine ASP.NET Core APIs, Next.js clients, shared libraries, Aspire orchestration, authentication integration, caching, feature management, and telemetry.
- Marketing website foundation: Built a focused ASP.NET Core and TypeScript/Next.js starter with feature-based boundaries, a defensive API proxy, reusable UI components, localization, design tokens, and automated unit, client, and browser validation.
- QA automation framework: Served as the primary and nearly sole developer of a modular .NET framework for API, browser, data, and container-backed testing. Delivered reusable test lifecycles, multi-site and multi-browser execution, diagnostic capture, and isolated validation environments.
- Developer toolbox: Developed shared local-development resources with Dev Containers, containerized services, cross-platform setup scripts, and reusable AI engineering guidance for GitHub Copilot, Codex, and Claude Code.
- Integration and technology adoption: Integrated Zendesk help-center documentation and training with internal services providing custom role-based access, developed API integrations and services, and provided technology reviews for adoption and implementation approval.
